A sandstone monolith 0.35m by 0.25m at the base and 2.2m high, thought to be a 13th century canopied cross-shaft. Mounted on A sandstone monolith, 2.2m high, and mounted on a modern base. This monument, found in Parson's Park, is thought to have originally stood nearly oposite St John's Hospital, a site which might be that given in the Prn (SN12970082).
