Bettisfield Corn Mill consists of conjoined buildings of different dates of construction, viz: centre and taller corn mill of 1868 of 2 storeys and attic; possibly earlier 2-storey mill house on SE. and outbuilding (cartshed? and loft) on NW.. Brick walls with contrasting brick dressings. Tile roofs. Plaque on wall of corn mill reads -
'Built 1868 William and Sarah Hughes'. The Mill was probably steam driven.
