Stone-built warehouse, 4 storeys, 4 windows, central doorway & loading doorways to each floor; West of Bridge Warehouse. A plaque on the east gable-end reads "This granary was erected by David Parry Esq of Noyadd in Cardiganshire March y 26 174?". In 'The Gatehouse To Wales' by W J Lewis, page 79, the date given is 1775. Now converted to flats above the Heritage centre at ground-floor.
