Description
Station on the east side of High Street in Prestatyn, opened 01 May 1848 by the Chester and Holyhead Railway. The architect was Francis Thompson and the brick-built main buildings, to the south of the line, still stand in very good condition and are currently in use by a furniture company. The stone built goods shed (nprn 41402) stands adjacent to the east. The station closed on 28th February 1897 and was superceded by a new station (nprn 41401) built to the west of High Street.
