A large 2-storey house with a Victorian facade but with an earlier core: the walls are heavily rendered with moulded false quoins and string-courses. The slate pitched with bracketed eaves and rendered chimneys. All the windows are wide-paned sashes. Rectangular fanlight to the main doorway. Inside all the trusses are 19th century bolted with lapped collars.
