Attachted to number 14 Vulcan street. A late Georgian 3-storey building with basement: 3-window front, scribed render elevation with plinth and quoins. The roof is slate with wide bracket eaves and brick chimney stack. There are panelled pilasters to the doorcase and a 6-panel door.
