DescriptionThe old Talbot Inn was demolished in 1830 and the new one built in 1832. A late Georgian 3-storey plus attic building: 6-window scribed stucco front with a rusticated ground floor. The roof is of slate with bracket eaves and rubble chimney stacks as well as two dormer windows. 12-pane sashes to the ground and 1st floors, the 2nd floor ha 9-pane sash windows. A broad, offset to the right, doorcase; with a bracket cornice and iron railed verandah.
