Probably eighteenth century two-storey farmhouse with brick walls under a slate roof. Symmetrical frontage with a central door. Two wide-spaced modernised casement windows, with gabled heads on upper storey rising above eaves. Interior has massive hewn beams, stop chamfers and slight joists. Doors of three broad vertical plans. Stair rises opposite front door. Yoke-shaped hearth lintel in ground floor room. Larger house, evidently later (c.1870), abuts to the east.
