Description7 and 9 Well Street, Ruthin, is a 19th century two-storey building with roughcast walls under a slate roof with tile cresting. Above are three sash windows with glazing bars. Central door with moulded case but without the columns it had previously. Through-passage and nineteenth century shopfront to left, with bracketed cornice over three pilasters. Modern window on right, like one above, in place of previous bayed shop-window. Quoins formerly to both corners but removed from right side.
