DescriptionThe West Arms Hotel is a mainly 18th century building, but with possibly earlier original parts. There is a long range facing east with gabled bays to left and centre and two-storey or one-storey with attics, constructed of white-washed stone under steeply pitched slate roofs. The windows are two or three light casements with small panes, under segmental brick heads. To the rear of the building are several large 20th century extensions.
