DescriptionThe lodgehouse to Llwynegrin house, built in 1845 for Philip Davis-Cooke of Gwysaney. It is built in a simple Tudor style in squared, uncoursed sandstone, with a slate roof, and deep eaves and verges with pierced scalloped bargeboards and gable finials. It is single storey, symmetrical, and has a prominent single storey gabled porch. The windows are modern 12-pane casements with moulded labels and stone cills. The doorway is pointed, with sunken panelled spandrels and a returned label, with an original boarded door.
