Description
Beech Hill House, Usk, is a small country house built circa 1800 on the site of an earlier house. It is 2 storied, with a central porch which has 4 slender Doric columns supporting an entablature with a Lombard frieze, enclosed with matching stone in the late 20th century. The house is built of fine jointed ashlar, stuccoed, with a shallow-pitched slate roof behind a parapet. Attached to each side is the high stone wall of a former walled garden.
