Description
There are references to a property on the site from the early 16th century, when it was owned by William Madock. In the 18th century it was owned by the Morgan family who also owned several wharve, and the house was probably remodelled at this time. It was reportedly rebuilt after dereliction in the 20th century with the internal furnishings removed to storage.

A long, two-storeyed, Georgian farmhouse, L-shape plan, with rendered walls with some brick dressings, a former slate now corrugated iron roof, and brick end stacks. There is a moulded string course at first floor and cornice at eaves level. It has a six window range, the windows formerly two-light, wood, mullion transom casements, but now blocked with breeze blocks. There was formerly a wide, studded door set off centre, with a rectangular fanlight with vertical bars, also blocked, formerly with a later wood lattice porch.

The condition of the interiors is poor, with the majority of the fireplaces blocked. a room in the north corner appears to have been used as a scullery/dairy, with a raised concrete platform with two steps against the north-east wall. An arch-braced truss also is visible from this room, with sockets for joists at first floor level.
