Description
A large, corner, Georgian range with its frontage to the High Street (though not numbered as such), a two-unit elevation to Bank Square and a rear elevation to Bank Street . A rendered building with three storeys and cellar, and windows which are are mainly 12-pane sashes in reveals, some openings blocked.
The High Street frontage has a 4-window range, two of the first floor windows blocked.
The elevation to Bank Square has separate hipped, 20th century, tiled roofs to the two units which are bridged by a tall brick stack with an arch for a valley gutter. To the left the windows are 6/6-pane horned sashes, and stepped back to the right are longer 9/9-pane hornless sashes.
There is a two-window range to Bank Street. There is a projecting, ground floor, 20th century shopfront, with its round-arched openings now blocked, extending round all of High Street and half of Bank Square and continuous with nos. 24 and 25 High Street.

The ground floor is disused with all windows blocked. It was formerly converted to ground floor shops, with offices on the two upper floors.
