A Georgian building (formerly part of Lloyds Bank) with a shopfront and accommodation space above. the front elevation is rendered, with a high, coped, parapet in front of a pantile roof. It has three storeys and cellar, and the front is a three-window range lit by 6/6-pane sashes. The projecting, 3-bay, shopfront has blocked, square-headed, windows which are continuous with the corner building on Bank Square (No. 23).
