Description
The complex comprises a 6-bay barn with stables below, a coachman's cottage, and a 19th-century stone hay barn.

The great barn has stone walls to first floor level with timber-framing above. The infills were of wattle, but are now of old brick. The first floor is continuous, with divided stables to the ground floor.

The stone cottage is at right angles to the main barn and is built into its end bay, removing the original gable but incorporating the barn's roof structure.

The other barn is a later stone-built structure with a raised wooden floor and ventilation openings below. It is open to the kingpost and strut roof, which is carried by brick pilasters.
