Description
The Dairy is contemporary with the 1858 remodelling of Plas Power house. It is a single-storey red brick building with a hipped slate roof and wide overhanging eaves. It has heavily tooled sandstone dressings, similar to those on the Game Larder, including quoins, architraves and linking bands at sill and eaves level. 3-bay symmetrical front with rectangular windows and a central entrance. Internally, the central lobby opens onto two large rooms; that to the right is lined with green and white glazed tiles enriched by Greek fret pattern banding.
Associated with Plas Power house (Nprn 27769) and Game Larder (Nprn 37233)
