Description
One of three farm outbuildings (nprns 37285, 408940) and probably dating from the early seventeenth or even late sixteenth century, the fine two-storey stable range lies on the south east of the farm courtyard, some 50m west of Bach-y-graig Farmhouse (nprn 35642). The building is brick built with stone strengthening and the north west side is timber framed above stonework. There are five unequal bays with pegged trusses consisting of collar beams, queen-posts and strutted tie beams. The building currently serves as a cowhouse.
