Cwm or Cwm Peris is probably earlier 19th century estate cottage in picturesque Gothic style. Marked on 1846 Tithe Map, its deeds are said to go back to the 1820s. It is marked on Tithe Map as Cwm House, owned T.F. Gibb, occupied by Lewis Lewis.

Cwm a 2 storey stone house, with 3 window front, a hipped slate roof and a large central stone chimney stack. The windows are arched, 1st floor centre window is blocked. A central arched entrance with recessed doorway.
