Earthworks of colliery tips occur over an area c.850m E-W by 550m, NW of Begelly House, where OS County series (Pembroke. XXXV.10-11 1889) 'old shafts' & tips, some of these last being enclosed planted as tree clumps (nprn 400196-7).
Further, similar features occur to the S (nprn 400200).
