1. Cropmarks from 1999 aerial photography appear to show two sides of an oval enclosure encircling a knoll in fields on the southwest bank of the Afon Ystwyth, with a very narrow ditch of a possible palisaded structure. Dimensions approximately 122m sw/ne by 68m nw/se.

2. This enclosure lies approx. 170m south-east of a second, rectangular defended enclosure at Maes y Coed (NPRN 406333), discovered in 2005.
