DescriptionRelict field boundaries extending over an area at least 180m NE-SW by 100m, on ground falling to the NW.
These features spring from an existing NE-SW boundary & continue the lines of those portrayed to the SW on OS County series (Glamorgan. XXVII.2 1877); the SW-most feature is a SE-NW stony bank, ditched in part on the N; two roughly parallel features to the NE appear to be degraded walls.
Three small cairns, c.3.0-4.0m across, can be discerned along the extant NE-SW boundary, at: SS97969424; SS98029429; SS98039431.
A c.25m square patch of NE-SW cultivation marks occupies the E angle of the complex (centred on SS9808943), other areas of which have extensive stony cover/outcropping.
c.245m to the WSW is an extensive cairnfield/area of settlement features (Nprn307665).
