1. ?Burnt down circa 1937. 3 pairs of stones? House now incorporates part of mill (sawmill wing). Corn mill and saw mill adjacent. 1200 yd. leat with pond not detectable. 100 yard tailrace.
2. Suggested to occupy the site of a monastic mill, although no trace of med. fabric has been noted; possibly "a small dyers mill" listed in a 1799 bill of sale: corn mill & saw mill depicted on OS County series (Monmouth. I.15 1882): earthworks of pondbay, in the region of 140m NNW-SSE by 40m, have been recorded within field to NW; a second pond, immediately W of this is indicated by seasonal flooding.
