Description
1. Putative park/gardens associated with destroyed 16th C. house (see Nprn35642), which is thought to have stood at given NGR, set at the mouth of a dell in a niche in a NW-SE scarp line, the higher ground being wooded; on the NE of this location is a rectangular enclosure, with possible subdivisions, beyond this is a narrow dell into which drain two minor watercourses, a leat brings additional water to the house/garden site from the SE; SW of the current farm complex a straight drive leads c.450m to Pont-y-Cambwll.
