A complex, rectilinear sheepfold, depicted on successive eds. of OS County series (Caernarvon. XVIII.5 1889, 1900, 1914): the earliest depiction appears to show ranges set W & E of central yard, 25m E-W by 22m overall; in 1900 additions have been made on the E, part of the W 'range' is shown roofed, & square/rectangular yard has been laid out on the W, 20-27m across.

Notes in the Caerarvonshire Parish Files, dated to 1951, posit the structure as a (probable) 18th century ruined cottage, measuring 27' by 15'.
