St Mary's, Nolton/Oldcastle, chapel of Coity, first mentioned in 1631, but thought to have been a med. structure; replaced by new church - depicted on OS County series (Glamorgan. XL.7 1877) - itself superceded by current structure to the W (Nprn13794), 1887, although still depicted on 2nd ed. (1899).
