Three-room two storey drying kiln; main elements intact including the sloping slate slabs above the hearth and the slate beams, cast iron supports and wrought iron T-bars of the floor itself. Several Buckley-made perforated tiles still exist on the site. The associated corn mill lies to the south (nprn 40030)
