Description
Early 19th century farmstead located within an enclosed yard between Llanddona and Llangoed. Th eTithe apportionment of 1849 records it as owned by John ones esq. and occupied by Lewis Jones, an agricultural labourer. It was a holding of over 29 acres.

Comprises a two storey farmhouse with garden, abutted by a small barn and cowhouse, with a stable and cartshed range set at right angles. There is a further small outbuilding forming the third side of the farmyard, which is cobbled.

All the buildings are constructed of roughly dressed, coursed stone, with slate tile roofs. The house is a two-window range with unequal 12-pane sash windows set directly under the eaves. The ground floor has a glazed porch with slate roof and central doorway set across the width of the front elevation. The adjoining barn has three ventialtion slits and a wide doorway with a segmental arched head of stone voussoirs. The stable/cartshed range has doors of a similar type, including two wide cartbay doors.
