An agricultural barn, measuring approximately 29 metres by 7 metres, with a lean-to structure of 7.5 metres by 5 metres and orientated to the north-east south-west, to the south of Rhosfawr Isaf House.
The southern end is of stone construction that is partially rebuilt in timber with a stone and timber lean-to structure against the north-west side. The windows have brick dressings. The northern part of barn is brick built with two double doors (now blocked) on the south-east side.
