Single storey shed of stone construction with a slate roof. Large full height, double doorway in north elevation hung with sliding doors, with smaller double door and single door in east elevation. Segmental arch-headed windows in west and south elevations have 24-pane casements.
Internally has a loading bay in the south-east corner of the room, sunk from the main floor level by a depth 0f 1035mm, with a crane to the north of it.
