Description
Late 18th century building which is recorded as being used as the Town Clerk's house in 1802 when he was visited by Nelson. It is a three storey building constructed of brick with a modillion cornice, a parapet and a slate roof. There is a three window front, with double hung sashes with glazing bars, architraves and first floor entablatures. The centre first floor window is pedimented while the ground floor windows and the doorway on left side are in semi-circular headed recesses. There is a panelled door with a fanlight.
