The northernmost of two round barrows located on a gentle SE-facing slope at 395m above OD, close to a track which passes nearby on the W.
The turf-covered stony mound measures 9m (N-S) by 8m and 0.3m high. Aside from some slumping of the mound on its NE and SE quadrants, it seems undisturbed. The mound displays no obvious structural features. Its neighbour (NPRN 275718) lies 30m to the south.
