A building of the late 18th/early 19th century with later 19th century alterations to the windows.

12 Priory Street is one of two adjoined townhouses (with 12 Priory Street) of three storeys, sharing the same roofline and pitch. Externally it is roughcast rendered to the front, rendered smooth and painted to side and has a slate roof with slightly overhanging and swept eaves and brick, corniced end, stacks. The house is double fronted, cross-framed casements with top opening panes on the ground and first floors and 6-pane casements to the second floor. There is a central doorway with a gabled hood.
