Description
Early 19th century detached house, now divided into apartments. The exterior is cement rendered, with a shallow-pitched hipped slate roof, with tall narrow side stacks and a wooden eaves cornice. The building is three storeys, with a 3-window range of 12-pane sashes with sillbands separating the storeys, while the ground floor windows are tripartite with narrower side-lights. There is a central doorway with a shallow hood, a panelled door in plain door case and a rectangular overlightlight with a border pattern of symmetrical fretwork. There is a small railed courtyard at front left.
