Description
One of a row of 8 cottages, built as a single development c1800, the use of Picturesque vocabulary suggesting that they were built as part of an estate.
The house is brick with a slate roof, two storeyed with a single unit, double pile plan, with doorway to the right and windows aligned on each floor. There is a steep 2-centred arch to the door, and segmental heads to the 2-light casement windows, with leading in the tympana. It has an end wall stack with moulded cap.
