Description
Fyddian Farm is an early to mid nineteenth century planned farm built by the Mostyn Estate and is almost identical in design and plan form to the nearby Pen-Llwyn farm (NPRN 403866). There is a refurbishment date-stone on the house inscribed '1912 M', the letter M representing the Mostyn Estate. The house retains a dressed stone doorway surround, a datestone and both two and three-light mullion windows.

The stone-built structures are arranged around a walled yard with the house on the south side and a barn and cow-house range on the north side. There are altered loose-boxes along part of the east wall. The barn range has dressed stone openings to the former cow-house with ventilation slits to the loft, now a stable with brick arched doorway and window . The barn itself has opposed threshing-bay doorways and 2-tier ventilation slits. The front doorway has been widened and the rear one blocked.
