Stone build outbuilding which has been converted into an annexe for the main house of Court St Lawrence, and joined to it by a covered way. the stone fabric is exposed internally and externally, and it has a sloping earth floor and a roof with exposed queen post trusses. There is a winding mechanism for the external courtyard clock located in the roof space.
