DescriptionAn overbridge on the Neath Canal, located at the south end of the basin formed when the Jersey Canal extension was built. The bridge is of roughly coursed, narrow sandstone slabs and blocks and spans a point where the canal is now silted up.
Now located under a new road bridge, the overbridge is a very low eliptical construction to the south of the now-silted terminal basin (NPRN405027). Recorded in 1978.
