This complex is situated close to the river just downstream of the river aqueduct of the Upper Leat. From the Nobel Plan, it appears to have comprised a Magazine (No.48 on the Nobel Plan), with a Bagging House (No.47 on the Nobel Plan) adjacent on the south, and a Truck Shed (No.45 on the Nobel Plan) next to this on the east side. Another Magazine (No.46 on the Nobel Plan) appears to have been a separate structure just to the south. The masonry walls of most of the structures survive to eaves height.
