Description
A building to the rear of 89 The Watton (NPRN 16436), first depicted on OS County series 2nd edition (Brecknock. XXVIII.13 1904).
Partially rebuilt and converted into a pair of residences in the late twentieth century. Prior to this the building was fitted out as a garage and it is described in this condition. Original function may have been a store or workshop.
A brick-walled, single-storey, building with a slate, gabled, roof. Facing the yard to the rear of 88-9 The Watton there were five windows and a garage door. At the rear there was a round window in the gable above an off-centre garage door. The yard facade had a plinth, common to the single storey range linking the building to 89 The Watton.
