Formerly part of tannery (NPRN 405971) and depicted on 1st edition OS Brecon Town Plan (1888). Described as it was in 1991 before converson to modern uses.
A three storey, eight bay range, with a shallow gabled roof. There were double doors to each floor in the north-east gable wall, the upper storey housing a hoist.
