An early nineteenth century, late Georgian, house. Built as one of a row with Nos. 8 & 9 and depicted on maps of 1810 and 1834. The houses did not share a unified design. They are amingst the earliest middle class housing built outside the historic town center and enjoyed views across the estuary before the developement of the slate quays.
No. 7 is a three storey house, two rooms deep with cellars and a gabled slate roof. It presents a two bay, scribed stucco front to the Terrace. The rear is roughcast.
