Description
Ruined cornmill and miller's house on the Nant Treflyn, a tributary of the River Wye. The waterwheel remained in place in the 1980s but was buried under the collapsed stone walls of the mill (according to Gordon Tucker who visited the site for his survey of watermills in Radnorshire). The mill is named as 'Cornel Mill' on the Tithe Map of 1840 and in the accompanying apportionments as 'Llwyn Piod Mill'.
