A four storey, three bay building of 1836, associated with Porthmadog harbour. A bank was housed on the ground floor and the upper storeys were sail lofts. Now a tenement.
The building has walls of dressed and coursed slate blocks and a slate gabled roof. The ground floor is rendered and the centre bay is rather advanced, rising to a pediment or cross gable.
