Lying some 130m north-west of the farm of the same name are undiagnostic cropmarks which may represent the site of a prehistoric defended enclosure. They comprise an angled ditch just north of the field boundary and west of the road, with a longer curving length of ditch on the north side running east-west. Other parts of the field are unresponsive to cropmarks. Discovered during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance on 3rd August 2006, image refs: AP_2006_4156 to 4157.
