Former water-powered fulling mill, set in a bend in the Afon Anafon some 2km to the southeast of Aber village. The waterwheel was on the south side of the building and was supplied by a leat some 50m long taken from the river. Although the site is named 'Wern-pandy' on the 1889 Ordnance Survey 1:2500 map ('Wern-y-pandy' on later editions of 1900 and 1914), it is not annotated as a mill, nor is there any indication as to when it may have been working or fallen into disuse.
