Description
This building is probably early C19 and was known as The Dairy but was apparently latterly used for keeping fowl. It is shown on the Tithe Map of 1845. It is a small building in Gothick style standing on the pond edge. It is made of lime-plastered stone, limewashed formerly in ochre colours, but is now in white. It has a slate roof part artificial, with wide boarded scalloped-edged eaves forming a canopy and a stone plinth in the form of a step.
