Description
Harvest Ministries at Llanerch Community Centre

A good example of a twentieth-century community centre that serves a multi-purpose role including a church which carries a prominent plaque on its front to publicise the latter role. It is a rather plain rendered gabled building with a heavy iron-grille along the north-west Heol Nant-y-felin front to protect it against vandalism. The gabled front has a cantilevered porch over two plaques fixed to the wall, one a small nameboard for the community centre and a larger one for the 'Harvest Ministeries' giving the time of the Sunday Morning service. The cantilevered front porch forms the lower roof of a north-east side gable and a second gable at the rear of the building houses the entrance.
