DescriptionBuilt 1929-30 as a convalescent home for tubercular children with members of the Davies family, Llandinam, as patrons. Designed in the Arts and Crafts style with the main, roughcast, north-west elevation facing the sea. Design drawings (copied by RCAHMW) signed by A Stanley Hill, architect & surveyor, Newtown, and dated January 1928. Now Ty Gwyn Outdoor Education Centre.
