Description
The house was built in the early to mid nineteenth century as the mill owner's or manager's house of the Glynn Paper Mill, which was active c.1800-c.1850, and became a farmhouse on the closure of the mill. The building is rendered, presumably over local rubble stone, and has a slate roof. It is a rectangular three bay block with a rear outshut.
